The institute was established in the year 1933 and is located in the Union County in New Jersey. The institute is a 2 year community college and is co-educational. More than 10,000 full time and part time students are enrolled in the college. The college offers about 90 different degree programs for its students. The sports team of the college is called as owl. The games played are basketball, baseball, soccer and volleyball.

The institute was started in the year 1942 and is a private university. The college offers both bachelors and master’s degree in various fields of studies. The sports team of the college is called as Knights. It is a private institution that is not developed for the sake of profit. Even doctoral degrees are offered by the college to its students.

The major are of study in the college include liberal arts, nursing, radiology, science, hospitality, resource management, media, counseling and cosmetology.
